The value proposition of quitting whiteness is expanding your mind, expanding your humanity, and expanding your investment portfolio.

The end of whiteness feels initially like a slap in the face.  It reminds us of the face of Chris Rock after being assaulted on live TV by the taller and stronger Will Smith.   It is a loss of innocence, coming of age, moment for all of us who grew up in the whiteness fairy tale.  How we react to this change will make us or break us in the future as individuals and as a nation.

Whiteness is the cult belief (conscious or unconscious) that everything anglo saxon or northwestern European is always "great" and better than everything else.  The end of racism is bringing a sudden end to the whiteness cult. Americans keep waking up to the truth about the human condition realizing that nothing human is ever perfect, and that all humans are members of the same race, the human race.  

Below are three reasons why the end of whiteness will help you prosper in 2022 and beyond.

1. Quitting whiteness makes you smarter (or at least less stupid).

Thinking that everything white is always great and better than anything else makes you dumb and dumber.  The belief impairs your cognitive ability to think critically and learn from others regardless of their so-called "race".    

2.  Quitting whiteness makes you stronger.

What doesn't kill you make you stronger.  Dismantling the fairy tale thinking that everything white is great and better than anything else will hurt at first.  No pain, no gain. Right?  You will overcome the pain and become stronger because of it.  For example, it hurts a little to realize that our Founding Fathers were racists who supported the genocide of indigenous populations and the enslaving of Africans.  That pain should motivate you to be better than them.  That painful truth can make you stronger.

3.  Quitting whiteness can make you super rich.  

Becoming wealthy is about increasing the size of the economic pie.  Think about the classic story of a business man who owns a large shoe company.  He sends his son and his daughter to explore market opportunities in a developing country.  The son arrives and sees that hardly anyone wears shoes in the villages.  The son texts his dad: "send me an airplane ticket back home; no one wears shoes here! The daughter texts the dad back: "send me all the clearance shoes we's got; no one has bought shoes here! When you quit whiteness you begin to see all the market opportunities around you in this diverse and hugely populated world.

Neither Hunter Biden nor Steve Bannon can save Trump this time. Hunter is reportedly an atheist. Bannon is supposedly a christian who keeps a fake portrait of a bleached skin Jesus in his office.
