Some would slap you in the face like Will Smith slapped Chris Rock for asking such a question. The answer is no. Jesus was not African, and there is no direct evidence of his sexual orientation. Jesus was Asian and not openly homosexual.

Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Nazareth, which is about 7 miles south of Jerusalem in modern-day Israel. While Israel seems to be in Africa, it is technically in Asia. In a sense, it can be argued that Jesus was African because he was human and all humanity began in Africa. Homo sapiens and hominids migrated out of Africa to conquer the planet. In that sense, Jesus was an African and his religion also conquered the planet.
Regarding sexuality, there is no contemporaneous evidence of Jesus's sexual orientation. Jesus never married or dated a woman as far as it is known. As an adult male, Jesus hanged out mostly if not exclusively with other grown up men. Jesus professed a special love affiliation towards a young male disciple. Circumstantial evidence viewed under the lens of 2022 eyes would lead many to believe that Jesus was in the LGBTQ community. However, there is no direct evidence to support that conclusion or speculation.
