You cannot reason with the MAGA sentiment. MAGA is a WASP supremacy addiction. The solution is education and rehabilitation.

Understanding MAGA begins with realizing what it is. MAGA is a white anglo saxon protestant (WASP) supremacy movement. MAGA WASPs believe that non-WASP liberals took the country "away" from them. MAGA folks are afraid of losing privilege and becoming just another minority in our country. Due to this fear, MAGA folks live in pain and are desperately seeking a political opioid that can sooth the pain. 

Trump is MAGA's pain killer of choice. The MAGA dream is that Trump destroy the liberal establishment. No matter what Trump may do or say, MAGA folks will continue supporting him and crowdfunding the movement. 

MAGA folks truly believe than they are the "good" patriots who "love" the country, and that liberals are the "bad" ones who "hate" it. MAGA folks fear all non-WASP groups. For MAGA folks, blacks are thugs, browns are illegal terrorists, LGBTQ people are deplorable, and pro-abortion women are criminals. 

MAGA folks truly believe that they are saving America from "evil" liberals that are "destroying" our country. What the left sees as progress, MAGA folks see as eradication of traditional WASP values.  MAGA's dream is that Trump can help them take the country "back" and backwards. 

MAGA folks are not stupid. The always condescending left believes that MAGA folks are just uneducated rural Americans (WASP confederates) being conned by a clever Yankee con artist. The left tries to shame MAGA confederates, and to defeat their illogical arguments. For example, MAGA folks used to say that they were pro-police and pro law and order until the J6 insurrection, sedition, stealing of classified documents, and potential espionage by the MAGA "king" himself.  

MAGA supporters know exactly what they want, and what they are doing funding and pushing Trump to fight for them. MAGA Americans are not victims of Trump. MAGA Americans have victimized Trump who will most likely be "crucified" by the system. MAGA folks will make Trump their "martyr" to continue the fight against change and progress. 

The solution to stop MAGA is to keep moving forward. History and geopolitics show that if we stop and go backwards to please MAGA, we can lose the country to a dictatorship. Yes, that can happen here. That can happen anywhere. To avoid it, let's continue going forward. Let's indict and prosecute Trump as soon as possible. MAGA folks are smart, but a diverse and inclusive country can outsmart them easily. 

MAGA folks are WASP supremacy addicts. We can offer education and rehabilitation. If they don't want it, they can bite the dust. Progress, like time itself, is unidirectional and only moves forward.
