Puerto Rico is a unincorporated territory of the United States. It is a Caribbean island with tropical weather, beautiful beaches, nasty mosquitoes, and a local population of about 3.5 million Hispanic Americans.

Puerto Rico offers an incredible tax advantage to wealthy Americans who relocate to the island. If you meet the requirements such as not having been a resident of the island in the last 15 years and residing on the island at least 183 days a year, you can avoid all federal income taxes and capital gains taxes. You would pay a maximum of 4% in Puerto Rican income taxes.  

Elon Musk would save billions by moving to Puerto Rico.  However, Elon Musk is a Trump wannabe. If Elon relocates to Puerto Rico, he would not be able to run for President of the United States.  Puerto Ricans are Americans, but territorial residents cannot vote for the President.  An American residing in Puerto Rico cannot run for President.  

Oh well, Elon will have to choose between avoiding taxes or running for President. Or will he? Many say that Elon Musk does not pay anything in income taxes anyways.  What do you know?  What do you think about this?

Buy Netflix

As of a couple of days ago, Netflix stock was trading at 25% of its 52 week high and historic peak value in October 2021. Netflix has lost 75% of its market value in the past seven months. The peak share price of Netflix was about $700 for a market capitalization of about $315B. The bottom share price of Netflix recently was about $166 on May 11, 2022. Trump is having a MAGA meltdown today. The January 6th Hearings presented compelling testimony against Trump today. A former White House staffer declared under oath new details about Trump's direct knowledge and participation in the failed insurrection conspiracy and violent coup of J6.  Slap is food for thought.
